Over the years, general contractor Jon L. Curry has maintained a busy schedule of professional, philanthropic, and recreational activity, promoting a strong sense of balance in his life and career. Highly active in his free time, Jon Curry frequently goes mountain- and road-biking in the United States and abroad. A resident of Northern California, Jon L. Curry has taken part in 10 amateur races, winning a race in Woodside and taking second place at Skyline Park in Napa. In 2004, Mr. Curry took his passion to France, where he chased and climbed various stages of the Tour de France. Aside from cycling, Jon L. Curry enjoys skiing in the Rockies and Sierra Nevada range, goes surfing in Half Moon Bay and Hollister Ranch, and has made more than 40 free-fall jumps as a skydiver. He travels whenever possible to Central America, the Caribbean, Europe, and elsewhere. An active figure in his community as well, Jon Curry has coached youth softball and volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters in San Mateo.

In his professional life, Jon L. Curry runs Landers Curry, Inc., through which he performs all manner of general contracting and restoration work on residential properties throughout Northern California. As a testament to his exceptional work, Mr. Curry has earned four historic preservation awards for projects completed in Sonoma County, and has seen his homes in such catalogs as NapaStyle, Restoration Hardware, Williams-Sonoma, and Pottery Barn. Prior to the formation of Landers Curry, Jon L. Curry owned and operated Jon Curry Construction and held a partnership in Curry & Clark Inc. A former reservist in the U.S. Marine Corps, Jon Curry graduated from Sequoia High School in Redwood City.
